You can cancel and postpone your picnic up to 24 hours in advance for personal reasons or have a voucher issued and book again on another day. Simply let us know in good time via email or telephone.

If you don't show up or cancel at short notice, we unfortunately cannot refund the price because we buy and prepare everything fresh for you. We thank you for your understanding

You can easily book your picnic package online via our website. To do this, select a picnic in the tab or on the home page. Using the booking calendar on the product pages, you can select the desired date and number of participants and off you go! The booking process is quick and uncomplicated. At the end, when you check out, you can even book birthday surprises. When you receive your booking, we will send you a confirmation and an online menu to fill out. All further details about the process, content and collection can be found in the first email.

Each picnic package is served for two people and guarantees pure outdoor cuisine and includes:

• Picnic for 2 + drinks (can be customized after booking with online menu)

• Rental of exclusive materials (including sustainable accessories & cutlery/tableware)

• Blanket

• PLUS little surprise

• Preliminary information about the hikes and the most beautiful places and the region

Depending on the package, separate equipment is to be expected, although what is necessary for the implementation is always included (e.g. lighter and candle for chocolate fondue)

A picnic package is always for 2 people. So if there are two of you, you only book a picnic.

You can determine the number of participants during the booking process.

The maximum number of participants is 8 people (=4 picnics)

Simply select the picnic and desired date and follow the ordering process. At the end of the checkout you can simply enter the code. The amount will then be offset.

The picnic experience can be postponed free of charge depending on the weather (rain, wind, fog, etc.) or exchanged for a voucher.

The times stated for the package serve as a guideline for the approximate scope of a Piciknicke experience. The duration may vary depending on the package location. Even if we don't want to set any time limits for you, we ask you to pay attention to the drop-off times for your backpack and the train and boat times.

Depending on what you booked with, your moment package will be delivered to the hotel, hostel or Airbnb in Vitznau/Weggis/Gersau.

When handing out the Moment packages, we ask for a deposit of CHF 50, as we rely on very high-quality, high-quality and reusable materials and equipment.

As soon as you have returned the backpack, basket, bag or drybag intact and complete, you will of course get it back

Under Bookings you will get to the booking page. There you can see the available times in the calendar with the exact pick-up times for your momentized picnic package.

From then on you are completely free in the design. During the booked period you can hike and pause wherever and however your heart desires.

You will also receive a timetable for the Rigi railways and a panoramic hiking map with the most beautiful spots with your booking confirmation

All our picnic packages are sustainable and produce almost no waste.

Otherwise it has a small paper bag in which you can collect things and hand them in with your backpack.

All dishes, serviettes, cutlery, etc. are reusable and we wash them afterwards and make them fresh again for the next unique moment

We try to be as accommodating as possible. But we hope for your understanding that we have to charge a surcharge of 20 CHF for a full booking day from a delay of 30 minutes

Our picnic packages can be enjoyed at a spot of your choice. However, we will help you find the perfect location by offering you a few suggestions. Our included picnic guides/maps will help you find a nice spot with a good view, so that your picnic becomes a momentized experience.

We're glad you like the backpack. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take the picnic backpack home with you immediately after the experience. We made a conscious decision not to charge a deposit and trust that everything will remain in top condition and can be used for future picnic experiences. This also supports our sustainability concept, for which we have received the Swisstainable label. Thank you very much for your support and understanding.
